Various studies have shown that conventional supplements are only absorbed into the bloodstream between 10% and 80%, and eventually less than 5% reaches the body's cells. Not only is the size of the liposomes important for quality, but also how many of the liposomes are actually filled. We attach great importance to the encapsulation rate, as it is a crucial aspect for determining the quality of our products. To accurately investigate this percentage, we work with the University of Aachen and use "high performance liquid chromatography" (HPLC). Through this research, we can guarantee optimal bioavailability. It is important to know that the average encapsulation rate in the market is only 20%.

This is made possible by the research of the University of Aachen (RWTH). During the research with the Cyril-Kryo electron microscope, the liposomal product is frozen. This ensures that the active ingredients can no longer move, allowing clear photos to be taken for a thorough quality assessment. The research focuses primarily on the size of the liposomes and whether it is suitable for the specific product.

    Stability is an important aspect of the quality of our products, and this is controlled under a transmission electron microscope (TEM). As is well known, the basis of a liposomal powder always consists of a liquid mixture. A sample of the liquid base product is kept from each batch, which is used to assess the stability. To be able to continuously guarantee quality, we have each batch individually investigated.
