Verzenden & Retourneren binnen Nederland & Belgie

Levertijd: 1 tot 3 werkdagen. De meeste producten zijn direct uit voorraad leverbaar en kun je binnen 1 tot 3 werkdagen in huis verwachten! In de meeste gevallen geldt vóór 12:00 besteld (op maandag t/m donderdag) dan wordt het pakket dezelfde dag nog verstuurd. Bestellingen die je op vrijdag t/m zondag zijn geplaats worden op maandag verstuurd.

Verzendkosten Nederland:

De verzendkosten voor zendingen binnen Nederland bedragen €5,95, voor bestellingen onder de €75,- Na verzending ontvangt u automatisch een track- én-trace code in de mail. Wij verzenden alles met Post NL. Voor bestellingen vanaf €75,- Gratis verzending!

Retourneren: 

Toch niet helemaal tevreden over je aankoop? Als consument heb je bij VROVIT altijd recht van 14 dagen retour. Zowel de kosten als het risico van verzenden zijn bij een retournering voor eigen rekening. Om een retour goed te kunnen verwerken, dient u in het pakket een kopie van je orderbevestiging bij te voegen. Na goedkeuren van de retour zullen we binnen 14 dagen het aankoopbedrag van de producten terugstorten.

Let op: Opengebroken verpakkingen, producten waarbij de houdbaarheid is verlopen en gemaakte verzendkosten zijn uitgesloten van retour.

International Returns & Refunds

As an international shopper, you may have concerns about the returns and refunds process. At Vrovit, we want to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible.

If you're not satisfied with any item in your order, simply return it within 14 days and we'll exchange or refund it. However, there are a few conditions that must be met for a return to be accepted. The seal must not be broken, the packaging must not be opened, the product must not be past its best-before date, and it must be within the manufacturer's warranty period.

Please note that buyers are responsible for returning fees and we can only refund postage costs if we sent you the wrong item. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to the payment method used to pay for the order. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to show in your account.
