Versand & Rücksendung Deutschland

Lieferzeit: 2 bis 4 Werktage. Die meisten Produkte sind direkt ab Lager lieferbar und können innerhalb von 1 bis 3 Werktagen geliefert werden! In den meisten Fällen gilt: Bestellungen, die von Montag bis Donnerstag vor 12:00 Uhr aufgegeben werden, werden am selben Tag verschickt. Bestellungen, die von Freitag bis Sonntag aufgegeben werden, werden am Montag verschickt.

Versandkosten Deutschland:

Die Versandkosten für Sendungen innerhalb Deutschlands betragen €8,95 für Bestellungen unter €75,-. Nach dem Versand erhalten Sie automatisch einen Track-&-Trace-Code per E-Mail. Wir versenden alles mit PostNL. Für Bestellungen ab €75,- ist der Versand kostenlos! Versandkosten Ausland: Siehe Tabelle unten unter "International Shipping"

Rückgabe:

Nicht ganz zufrieden mit Ihrem Kauf? Als Verbraucher haben Sie bei VROVIT immer ein Rückgaberecht von 14 Tagen. Sowohl die Kosten als auch das Risiko des Versands gehen zu Lasten des Kunden. Um eine Rücksendung ordnungsgemäß bearbeiten zu können, legen Sie bitte eine Kopie Ihrer Auftragsbestätigung bei. Nach Genehmigung der Rücksendung werden wir den Kaufpreis der Produkte innerhalb von 14 Tagen zurückerstatten. Bitte beachten Sie: Geöffnete Verpackungen, Produkte mit abgelaufenem Haltbarkeitsdatum und Versandkosten sind von der Rückgabe ausgeschlossen.

International Shipping:

International Returns & Refunds

As an international shopper, you may have concerns about the returns and refunds process. At Vrovit, we want to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible.

If you're not satisfied with any item in your order, simply return it within 14 days and we'll exchange or refund it. However, there are a few conditions that must be met for a return to be accepted. The seal must not be broken, the packaging must not be opened, the product must not be past its best-before date, and it must be within the manufacturer's warranty period.

Please note that buyers are responsible for returning fees and we can only refund postage costs if we sent you the wrong item. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to the payment method used to pay for the order. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to show in your account.
